Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the weight of the order, shipping origin & shipping destination.  Prices will vary from item to item and are billed at regular ups shipping rates.  Once your order is placed we will contact you to let you know when your item(s) scheduled shipment dates are.

Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days.  Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!

Returns
There are NO returns or exchanges. Because Home Design Warehouse offers such discounted rates we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items.  If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately at contact@homedesignwarehouse.com

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense.  If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately at contact@homedesignwarehouse.com

International Shipments
We do offer International shipping.  Please email us at orders@homedesignwarehouse.com with your item(s) and shipment address and we will produce a custom quote for you.
